Well to be fair, not much has happened regarding the chargeback for Electric Kitten hosting fees, but I have found that it's not just me having this problem!
Adam Wilcox has had the same issue with Electric Kitten charging him for a hosting account he doesn't have any more: http://adamwilcox.org/2009/electric-kitten-worst-hosting-company/

(Is that the right term for the past tense of audioboo? Is audioboo a verb?)
Anyway, I still haven't heard back from Electric Kitten about the chargeback, even though I've emailed a few times to ask for their legal address and stuff, so I think I can assume they're going to ignore all correspondence anyway.
